All Progressive Congress(APC) party stalwarts, have expressed optimism on the victory of the party at the ongoing collation of results across boards.
They expressed their positivity after casting their votes in Epe, on Saturday.
Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, Deputy Governor, Lagos state, has expressed satisfaction at the turnout of voters in Epe.
He said that with the feedback from electorates, victory is assured for all the progressive party candidates.
Similarly, Mr. Ahmed Seriki, Commissioner, Local Government Civil Service Commission, has expressed delight over the seamless electoral exercise in Epe.
He expressed happiness with the BVAS’s speedy function, seamless exercise, and electorates conduct.
“I am overwhelmed by the electorates voting exercise, they were well conducted, well behaved and civil in exercising their franchises, ” he said.
Seriki said that the electorates know their preferred candidates, they know whom they want him or her to lead them and they have voted for their preferred candidates.
“With the situation reports, APC party victory is certain and non-negotiable,” he said.
Also, Hon. Abiodun Tobun, Member, Lagos House Of Assembly, Representing Epe Constituency 1, has renewed hope in the victory of the party candidates victory.
Tobun said that APC is the winning and ruling party and the party representatives across the board are performing beyond expectations, therefore, continuing is the key.
“You can’t defeat a performing representative or candidates, they are people’s choice, and that is why their constituents keep voting for them.
“Epe is APC dominated town, therefore, the party candidate’s victory is ascertained, ” he said.
Earlier, Hon. Lanre Odubote, Former House Of Representative, said that he monitored the voting exercise and also keenly monitored the national results, he said victory is rest assured at the end of the exercise.
Odubote said that, Although, the election was keenly contested APC victory is assured at the end of the whole exercise.
