The WADADA PROJECT, an Independent Campaign Organization supporting the 2027 governorship ambition of Distinguished Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada of the APC, has inaugurated a 50-member media team to coordinate its activities across Nasarawa State.
The inauguration ceremony held a few hours ago at the Ri-Seingon Luxury Hotel, Akwanga, saw Eche Amos sworn in as Coordinator of the team. The team is drawn to represent all 13 Local Government Areas of the state.
In his acceptance remarks, Amos said the mandate of the media team goes beyond the governorship project. The team will also work to promote the senatorial ambition of Governor Abdullahi Sule for Nasarawa Northern Senatorial District, as well as the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He expressed appreciation to the leadership of the WADADA PROJECT Advisory Council for the opportunity.
“I extend my profound gratitude to my leader, mentor and Chairman of the WADADA PROJECT Advisory Council, Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Works, Housing and Transport, for always recommending me to opportunities and platforms,” Amos said.
He also acknowledged the two Vice Chairmen of the Advisory Council, Dr. Othman Bala Adam of Nasarawa Western Zone and Hon. Isa Igashi Sabo Sadaukin Keana of Nasarawa Southern Zone.
Amos further appreciated the Secretary of the Organisation, Hon. Nasiru Abdullahi, the PRO, Ahmed Waziri, and all members of the Advisory Council for the confidence reposed in him.
“I remain eternally grateful and indebted for all your acts of benevolence and support. With the help of God Almighty, together with my team members, we will do our best to deliver on the huge mandate given to us,” he added.
The WADADA PROJECT said the media team will be instrumental in grassroots mobilization, strategic communication, and voter education ahead of the 2027 elections in Nasarawa State.
The inauguration ended with solidarity chants of #OneNasarawa, #OneVision, #OneFuture, and #WadadaInGodWeTrust.
