As the world celebrates World Teachers Day, Hon (Mrs) Yemisi Bailey Alashe, Chairman aspirant for Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), join millions of Nigerians and people around the globe to appreciate the selfless contributions of teachers to nation-building.
According to her the theme of this year’s celebration, “Teachers at the Heart of Education Recovery,” resonates deeply with her vision for Ejigbo LCDA.
“As a passionate advocate for quality education, I recognize the critical role teachers play in shaping young minds and securing our collective future.
As Chairman, I promise to prioritize education and ensure our teachers have the necessary resources and support to excel”.
Hon Alashe opined that if she get elected her administration will:
– Improve infrastructure and facilities in our schools
– Provide training and capacity-building programs for teachers
– Enhance teacher welfare and benefits
– Promote community engagement and participation in education.
